As part of the national "Love Parks Week" event across the
country Queen's Park will be having its own celebration event
on Sunday 22nd June.
The Community Council will be leading
the event and are looking for your suggestions and help. Ideas
put forward already include a brass band, speciality food stalls,
a bouncy castle, community stalls, dancing displays, art, a
nature trail, face painting, alternative therapies and activities
such as croquet, boules and tug of war (men and women!).
This will be a real community event and ideal for everyone -
lets all celebrate our area's biggest asset, Queen's Park!
